Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (OSSO BLU, email: info@ossoblu.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

Please inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). Alternatively, you can return the goods directly by following the instructions included in the package.

consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us).

We will refund you promptly, but no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of your cancellation. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of this period.

Note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this is due to handling that was not necessary to check the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.

exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not members of a member state of the European Union and whose place of residence and delivery address are outside the EU.
  • Items that are made especially for you or personalized, such as engraved collars or personalized dog tags.
  • Hygiene items such as poop loops (poop bag holders) or used dog beds.
  • Food and treats such as opened snacks.
  • Offers purchased at a reduced price.

General information on returns

  1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories.
  2. If the original packaging is no longer available, use suitable packaging to avoid transport damage.
  3. Returns should not be sent carriage forward if possible.

Important: These instructions are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
