right of return

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If your purchase was made more than 14 days ago, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • are in the original packaging.

Exceptions to the Right of Return

The following items are excluded from return:

  • Personalized products : For example, individually made items such as collars or leashes with engraving.
  • Hygiene items : Such as poop loops (poop bag holders) or used dog beds.
  • Food and Treats : Opened or expired items such as snacks.
  • Custom-made products : Products made to customer specifications, such as personalized dog tags.

In addition, the following items cannot be returned:

  • gift vouchers
  • Promotional items (items purchased at a reduced price)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know if your refund has been approved. If so, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • The refund may take a few days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us by email at info @ossoblu .de and send the item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the purchase value upon return. Otherwise, the refund will be made to the gift recipient.
